Shipping Policies

  1. Free shipping is available only to destinations in the contiguous United States, and not on international orders. We ship most orders via UPS and every shipment is insured for the full purchase price.
  2. Goods shipped outside the USA may be subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT) or a Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the destination country. Any such tax, as well as all other import fees and taxes, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Orders for in-stock items received by 3:30 PM Eastern USA time Monday-Thursday, and 12:30 PM Friday usually ship the same day. Email notification with shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide with your order. WatchMaxx.com offices, including shipping and customer support, are closed on weekends and holidays.
  4. WatchMaxx.com does not guarantee delivery times.
  5. Because WatchMaxx.com ships from New York, the appropriate sales tax must be collected on all orders shipped to addresses in New York.
  6. For your protection and ours, credit card orders are shipped only to the credit card billing address or alternate address on file at the time of the purchase. You must add alternate delivery addresses by contacting the credit card issuing bank. PayPal orders are shipped only to addresses associated with the PayPal account.
  7. In order to be sure your purchase reaches you, all orders are shipped insured with signature required at delivery. If you will not be at the delivery address, please arrange for an adult to be available to receive your package.
  8. WatchMaxx.com policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser for 3 business days to resolve delivery problems or if delivery was refused. After 3 business days, such items will be regarded as returned and eligible for refund subject to the conditions mentioned in our refund policy.
  9. Please inspect your purchase carefully upon delivery. In the event of any problem or discrepancy, contact WatchMaxx.com customer service by telephone at (877) 928-2469 or (646) 216-8695, or email to customercare@watchmaxx.com.
  10. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you must inform us via email at customercare@watchmaxx.com, so that we may contact the carrier and make an insurance claim. Most insurance claims are resolved within 14 days of the date the claim is opened.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please be sure to provide the correct and complete mailing address for your order. Include the full street name, apartment number, and zip code. If the mailing address is incorrect or incomplete your order will be either delayed or returned to WatchMaxx.com. If an order is returned, the customer is responsible for all cost associated with reshipment. WatchMaxx.com policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser for three business days to resolve delivery problems or if delivery was refused. After three business days, such items will be regarded as returned and eligible for refund subject to the conditions mentioned in our refund policy. A refund will not be processed until the item is received by WatchMaxx.com.
